Prices apply per day per apartment excluding local tax for normal occupancy:

  • Apartment Pettneu: 2 people
  • Apartment Riffler: 4 people
  • Apartment Stanzertal: 4 people
  • Apartment Vadiesen: 2 people

Surcharges Pettneu and Vadiesen

  • Surcharge 3rd person EUR 30,--
  • Surcharge 4th person EUR 25,-- 

Surcharges Stanzertal and Riffler

  • Surcharge 5th person EUR 30,--
  • Surcharge 6th person EUR 25,--

Surcharge of € 20 per person per day for each additional person.To fix the booking we ask for a 30% downpayment. Restpayment can be done upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival per bank transfer. 

Cancellation fees:

  • up to two months before the agreed arrival date 0%
  • up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date 30%
  • from the 30th day to 14 days before the agreed arrival date 50%
  • from the 13th day before the agreed arrival date 90%
  • in case of no-show 100%

 

With an ACTIVE TRAVEL WARNING for the LOCATION Pettneu am Arlberg (located in the state of Tyrol, Austria), you can cancel one day before your arrival free of charge. However, this only applies to an upright travel warning.

Should a new lockdown be imposed shortly before your vacation and the Austrian Government orders a travel ban, we are not allowed to keep your prepayment or charge you for cancellation fees and therefore our cancellation policy would become void.

However, should a lockdown happen but the travel ban is lifted before your arrival then our normal cancellation terms come in to effect again.
